FITNESS CLASSES
Fitness Classes are a fun way to get and stay healthy while socializing
with your neighbors.

Strengthen your core, challenge your cardio, and increase your flexibility
with this over-all conditioning workout using pilates, kickboxing, and
yoga.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio Class:
Start with kicking and punching targets to get the heart rate up, add
strength training and a Pilates abs workout, then top it off with stretching.

Yoga:
Hatha/Power mix - Tone the entire body while increasing flexibility,
balance, and core strength; achieve better health, athletic performance, and
mental acuity.

Tai Chi:
Channel your stress while improving your balance and focus.

Belly Dancing:
Fitness Belly Dancing is an exciting and fun class you can do regardless of
your figure type. The dance moves incorporated complement the way a
normal human body moves. Unlike some other types of aerobic exercise,
belly dancing is a non-impact form of exercise so you can do the dance
movements without placing undue stress on your knees, shins, and feet.

You can begin learning to belly dance even if you're out of shape, and the
dance itself will help you guide your body into physical fitness.

An added benefit: You won't feel so much like you're exercising when you're
wearing a "jingle scarf"!

Fitness classes will not be held on scheduled Taekwondo testing days
(see monthly calendar).

What to Bring
You are welcome to use the Elliptical Trainer, Stretching Machines and
other Fitness Equipment during regular TKDFit hours.
All Fitness Students
Please arrive a few minutes before class time.

For your added safety, advise the instructor of any current or past injuries.

Turn cell phones/pagers to "off" or "silent".

Please arrange for child care. TKDFit does not provide a child care service
and children can not be left unattended in the lobby.
