Hey Guys n' Girls! What's Up (or is it all Falling Down?)! Don't get frustrated, get pumped! The simplest way to fight off old age is to eat right and exercise. But how can you get started and how can you stay motivated? 1) Establish a good, nutritional menu (the word "diet" is too restrictive). If you want professional advice, talk to a registered nutritionist. 2) Make time for yourself. This is the exercise part - most days of the week, strength and cardio. 3) Find a partner to help you stay motivated: spouse, friend, personal trainer TKDFit offers personal training. Ms. Mary is a certified personal trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). All it takes is 15 - 30 minutes to establish an exercise routine that you can perform with Ms. Mary coaching you or that you can perform on your own. Don't wait until you develop diabetes, heart disease, etc. to take action. If you don't have time to take care of yourself now, who will take care of you later? |
