Monday 1 – Classes Resume!

The Instructors are back from Black Belt Camp, it’s time to come to class!

 

Friday 4 - TKDFit closed – Red, White & Boom 4^th of July PARADE in McKinney

Everyone is invited to join us (in full white uniform) and be part of the Parade!

Have a Safe and Happy Independence Day Holiday!

 

Friday 18 – Sunday 20 – TKDFit  will be OPEN

          Regional Tournament in Tupelo, MS.

                Open to ALL southern region Taekwondo America students white – black belt.

See Mr. or Mrs. McMahan if you are interested in attending this regional tournament.

 

Saturday 26 – Bring a Friend Day

            Normal Fitness and Taekwondo Class Schedule. 

Show your friends how you’re spending your time!  Bring them to a FREE class today.

It’s T-SHIRT time!!

We are officially on the TKDFit summer schedule. Because Texas summers are hot, students may choose to

wear a plain white t-shirt, (no pocket & must have sleeves) OR a TKDFit school t-shirt, OR a

Taekwondo America tournament  t-shirt with their uniform pants or red track pants and belt to class.

BUT, Keep your white jacket clean and in a safe place, it’s still required for the July Tournaments and

Belt Testing in August.

 

What’s Happening Now

            Cardio and Tai Chi classes – free to all students.  Only $30 per month to add non-taekwondo family members.

                Leadership Program – This program is for Brown through Probationary Black Belts and develops leadership skills.

Instructor Trainee Program – This program is for Decided 1^st Degree and above and builds the foundation for

being a martial arts instructor.
